Next Conference

WATCH desires to reach every area of Washington State! We sponsor events in two basic formats:

PIT STOPS

Pit Stops are just that! They are designed to be easy to coordinate and advertise. Pit Stops are one evening events featuring a small number of vendors and one keynote speaker. If you could "use a little gas in your homeschool car" but don't feel the need for a larger event, then a PIT STOP may be just what you're looking for! Pit Stops are excellent tools for reaching homeschoolers in smaller areas of the state, and are designed with adults in mind.

Regional Conferences

Regional Conferences are planned and brought to different parts of the state through the efforts of the Board and volunteers from the region that requests the conference. Regional conferences are a scaled-down version of the conferences that WATCH has promoted in the past. The goal is to bring a "big conference" feel to several areas of our state, and with it, a message of encouragement and support that will bless and encourage attendees using a traditional format of keynote addresses and workshops. These events take longer to plan than a WATCH "Pit Stop" so if you would like us to bring a RC to your area, please plan six months out, and contact us right away. We'd love to minister to your area!

If you would like WATCH to consider bringing a Regional Conference or a Pit Stop to your area, please contact us!

What people are saying about Pit Stop Vancouver:

"I wanted to take a moment to thank you for your ministry to homeschool families and how you are allowing God to work through you. You are truly a blessing to our family and I am stunned everytime I think about how much time and heart you put into the ministries you are involved in. Last night was such a wonderful time and it encouraged me soooo much. Jessica Hulcy and Lorrie Flem were such an encouragement to my heart...which was much needed. "

"LAST NIGHT WAS AWESOME. You totally rock!"
TG, Ridegfield, WA

"Wow!!!! I finally feel free in my homeschooling!!! Last night was wonderful. All the things that I have wanted my homeschool to look like, but was stuck on the getting the workbooks done and then there is no time for the fun stuff. Well, now I will change that for next year. How can I say thanks enough for putting on this great event. I hope you are able to do more of these in the future. We will definitely be there."
